The Company started its operation since 1992 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus. The first and one of major services was delivery of cargoes by trucks

On the basis of a daughter company, since 2004 a major custom terminal (“Belsotra” warehouse for temporary storing of goods, a custom warehouse, a point for custom formalities PTO 06533 “Minsk Free Trade Zone”) is in operation in Minsk with an area of 30 thousand sq. m. and handling capacity of 200 trucks per day. 
 

 

 

 

RELIABILITY AND TRADITIONS 

Attention of the Company is focused on providing reliability and efficiency of its activities. International cargo transportation by trucks into the countries of Europe, transportation forwarding, execution of custom formalities ands cargo handling on its own custom terminal (warehouse for temporary storing of cargoes, custom warehouse, custom agent, custom forwarder, weighing of vehicles) are important constituents of the Company’s services. Decision to operate in these interconnected fields allows to multiply the Company’s long experience and to provide really high quality services. 

Custom formalities

Custom formalities are a set of custom operations performed by persons (participants of foreign-economic activities, physical persons) and custom authorities in relation to the goods and vehicles moving through a custom boarder.

At present we fulfill the following operations:

  • Preparation of documents for custom formalities, as well as of a electronic copy of TIR CARNET; execution of custom declarations;
  • Presentation of cargoes imported into the Republic of Belarus (exported from the Republic of Belarus) for execution of custom formalities (custom clearance), execution of permits with the custom authorities;
  • Receipt of goods imported into the Republic of Belarus, their storing in our own warehouse for temporary storing and in the custom warehouse;
  • Execution of CARNET TIR books and CMR-invoices, additional services for execution of custom house documents and concomitant documents.
